United Nations Gang Leader Clay Roueche sentenced to 30 years
United Nations Gang Leader Clay Roueche was sentenced to 30 years today as the US Justice system did something that many Canadian judges don’t seem to be capable of, handing out a sentence that fits the crime.
U.S. District Court Judge Robert Lasnik agreed with the sentencing suggestion made by the U.S. Attorney and threw the book at the Vancouver UN Gang leader. Many of the general public are of the opinion that if Clay was arrested in Canada, he’d get a slap on the wrist and maybe 10 years in jail, only to be allowed out after 5 with “good behaviour”.
“I am absolutely certain that Mr. Roueche feared no one, took orders from no one and was the person making the decisions,” Judge Lasnik said.
Roueche, who long avoided the U.S. because he suspected he was wanted in Canada, was arrested last year after he tried to attend a fellow gangster’s wedding in Mexico. Mexican authorities wouldn’t let him enter the country, and at the request of the Americans, they put him on a flight home that landed first in Dallas. U.S. authorities were only too happy to take him into custody.
Prosecutors say he used a network of helicopters, planes, semi-trucks and other methods to move many tons of marijuana and cocaine and millions of dollars through Canada, the U.S. and Mexico, and expanded the gang’s influence through threats and violence. The UN has been blamed for a number of targeted killings, though Roueche was not charged with any acts of violence.
Jail in the USA is no joke. As hardcore as Clay might have thought he was, he is no match for the gangs in US jails. Sure he can buy protection for a while, but once the prision gangs decide that he doesn’t have enough to offer them anymore, he’ll quickly have to align with the Aryans or face severe gang-violence. Since his empire was built on violence, we feel is is rather fitting that he’ll now get a taste of his own medicine.

Clay deserves everything, and I mean everything he gets. Wonder how long he’ll last before he starts taking it nightly or cracking to PC for protection? Good luck with that whole Bhuddism thing!

It’s too bad Canada does have Judges like they do it the U.S., Canadian Judges just are not tough enough, they are extremely Niave people who are really the cause of all the crime around us, if they had been handing out real Jail sentences in the first place, so much could of been avoided. Sometimes Judges dont even give out jail sentences, often it’s conditional sentences served in the community, even for serious crimes. I heard of one case where one guy was convicted of 3 counts of break-and-enter, uttering threats, common assault, resisting arrest and breach of a court undertaking, all those convictions, all serious convictions, but because he “apparently turned his life around while out on bail” the judge decided not to send him to jail because he did’t seem to be a danger to the community. Some crimes just deserve jail terms period!!!
Also, most people Judges say are not a danger to the community are a danger to the community, majority of them end up back in court several times ands others commit crimes but just dont get caught for it, so it seems like they are not a danger to society, but they really are a danger!!!
Judges make me SICK!!!! I Think the general public is ticked off with them, but they don’t seem to pick up on the citizism, Will they ever know???…
